STRAIGHT TRACK MECHANICAL LURE COURSING GRADING

It is hoped that the Grading System for the Straight Track Mechanical Lure Coursing will be along the lines below.
All greyhounds that contest the Straight Track Mechanical Lure Coursing Events will be graded within these guidelines.
These gradings do not affect the greyhound’s gradings in normal race track events.
 Maidens – never won a stakeSaplings – between 18 months – 2 yearsLimited Stakes – Not won more that 3 stakesOpen Stakes – Greyhounds of any ageClassic Stakes – Special Events eg Waterloo Cup etc.(These gradings are yet to be confirmed)
